The Flex Line, available from 10 to 250 hp, offer a high energy efficiency solution in the generation of compressed air. Flex Line compressors minimize energy consumption up to 38%, reduce pressure variations in the air network while air production is adjusted according to system demand. Models 25 hp and larger are also direct driven for maximum efficiency. Flex Line incorporates the most modern technology available in compressors by operating variable speed controlled by a frequency inverter. A microprocessor controller works with the frequency inverter to monitor compressor operation, signals failures, sequence with other compressors in the compressor room and provides remote or local starting. Designed to operate 24 hours continuous in areas with ambient temperature up to 113 °F, they are equipped with high efficiency, two stage intake filters which provide high quality air to the air end.
