- 1. General Policy & Acceptance By placing an order with A1 Compressor Warehouse, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms apply to all sales, regardless of the method of payment or order placement.
- 2. All Sales Are Final All sales made through A1 Compressor Warehouse are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "buyer’s remorse," incorrect parts ordered by the customer, or changes in project scope. Please verify all specifications and part numbers prior to completing your purchase.
3. Damaged Shipments & Claims We take great care in packaging your items. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, the following protocol must be followed:
Notification: You must notify us immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
Contact Method: All damage claims must be submitted via email to sales@a1compressorwarehouse.com.
Required Evidence: Your email must include clear photographs of:
The damaged product itself.
The condition of the shipping box/packaging upon arrival.
Timeline: Claims for damaged goods must be received within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery. Failure to report damage within this timeframe or failure to provide photographic evidence may result in the denial of your claim.
Third-party carrier rates.
Packaging materials and supplies.
Labor and handling costs required to safely prepare and ship your compressor or parts.
4. Shipping & Handling Fees Please be advised that the shipping total listed on your invoice or at checkout includes a handling fee. Shipping charges are not strictly a calculated pass-through cost from third-party shipping providers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Freight).
